PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive data communication equipment where miniaturization is attained concerning the data communication equipment whereby data is transmitted/received at a transmitting/receiving side by a fixed frequency. CONSTITUTION: The oscillation frequency of oscillators 16 and 22 for deciding the data processing speed of a server 12 and a reception terminal 13 is adopted as F1±d (ppm) and a reception buffer 21 of which capacitance is N=R.D.T.2 (bit) is adopted with a transmission rate as R and with communication time as T is provided in the reception terminal 13. Then, a data processing part 4 starts a data processing form the point of time when N/2 bit data is stored in the reception buffer 21.
