ACRYLIC RUBBER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: To obtain an acrylic rubber composition exhibiting neither odor nor skin irritancy at the time of vulcanization without deteriorating the normal state physical properties and heat aging characteristics of the vulcanizate thereof and excellent in compression set by blending a vulcanizing agent and a specificα-olefin with a halogen-containing acrylic rubber. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. of a halogen-containing acrylic rubber with (B) preferably 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a vulcanizing agent such as aliphatic alkali metal salt, e.g. potassium stearate/an ioniziable vulcanizing agent and (C) preferably 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. of a >=4Cα- olefin such as hexene.
