PURPOSE: To miniaturize the device and to make an increase in capacity by narrowing each space between disk media in lowering each head in its occupied height without thinning spacers and core sliders in thickness. CONSTITUTION: One pair of suspensions 1 and 2 arranged with their backs opposite to each other between the disk madia, where core sliders 16 are supported via the suspensions 1 and 2 fixed to the tips of plural arms provided on a head actuator, are equipped integrally with ribs 3 and 4 on both sides respectively. Then, the rib 3 of one suspension 1 is bent to the inner side at a prescribed acute angle a while the rib 4 of the other suspension 2 is bent to the outer side at a prescribed obtuse angleβ, and these ribs 3 and 4 of both suspensions under the state of their backs opposite to each other are disposed one above another respectively without interfering with each other.
