<p>PURPOSE: To continuously produce a molded product having good and stable characteristics from a mixture of several kinds of thermoplastic resins unclear and indefinite in ratio by determining the components and ratios of polymers and controlling the kinds and supply amts. of compatibilizing agents to be supplied, the supply amts. of resins and the screw rotational speed and kneading temp. of a kneader. CONSTITUTION: The IR spectra (infrared absorption spectra) of resins are measured by a measuring device 5 and the measuring data are sent to a data analyzing and control device 4. The ratios of the supplied resins are determined by the data analyzing and control device 4 and, if necessary, compatibilizing agents are supplied in predetermined amts. from compatibilizing agent supply dievices 15, 16, 17. Independent resins are supplied from resin supply device 10, 11, 12 corresponding to the components of a resin mixture to keep the ratios of the resins constant. Further, the rotational speed of a screw 3 and kneading temp. are controlled. The rotational speed of the screw 3 is controlled by the signal of the data analyzing and control device 4 and the kneading temp. is controlled by the heater 2 in a cylinder 13.</p> |
