FOAMED WALL PAPER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To provide a foamed wall paper without spoiling scratch resistance, stain resistance and processability by using a material except a flexible polyvinyl chloride and furthermore to provide a foamed wall paper without increasing the number of processes and with excellent reproducibility of embossing and its method for preparation. CONSTITUTION: In a foamed wall paper 10 and its method for preparation, a thermoplastic resin 13 such as olefin resins is laminated by melt extrusion on a foamable aqueous emulsion layer 12 on a backing paper 1 and solidifying by cooling and emboss processing are simultaneously performed by means of a cooling roll on the surface of which an emboss mold is formed.
