发明名称 METHOD FOR INITIALIZING SHAPE CONTROL ACTUATOR IN MULTIPLE ROLLING MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To perform the proper initialization of a shape control actuator, and to prevent the lowering of yield by incorporating the crown amount of a work roll in the same position as the width direction position of a split bearing in a model expression as a factor. CONSTITUTION: Set values of the extrusion amounts of respective split bearings 18c, 18i, 18o and 18e of an upper backup roll 18, are calculated by a model expression based on rolling condition such as plate width, estimated rolling load and work roll diameter. Since there is correlations between each extrusion amount of the split bearings 18c, 18i, 18o and 18e and each crown amount of a work roll 12 at the extruding position, the mechanical crown amount of the work roll 12 can be incorporated in the model expression as factor. When using the work roll 12 imparted with taper and crown, the initialization of a shape actuator can be properly performed. Consequently, the lowering of the yield and productivity of a rolling stock can be prevented.</p>
