<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a package, enabling the distribution and storage without fracturing and deforming raw SHIITAKE (mushroom), capable of retaining the freshness and suitable for exchange of presents by hermetically sealing and packaging the raw Lentinus edodes Sing. with a film having a specific oxygen and a specified water vapor permeabilities and further packaging the outside thereof with an outer package having rigidity. CONSTITUTION: This package for raw SHIITAKE (mushroom) is obtained by hermetically sealing and packaging the raw SHIITAKE with a film having 3,000-30,000cc/m<2> .24hrs.atm oxygen permeability at 25 deg.C and 20-300g/m<2> .atm water vapor permeability at 40 deg.C and 90%RH, providing an inner packaging bag 1 and further forming an outer package 2 having the rigidity and >=4kg/1 pack compressive strength on the outside of the inner packaging bag 1.</p> |
