PURPOSE: To absorb differences of information between different documents and handle the information as the same kind of information, and then decrease the kinds and the number of pieces of information and to easily relate them by handling individual pieces of item information of documents as one information unit matching needs. CONSTITUTION: Different kind of documents (document 1, document 2...) are held, and retrieved and displayed relatively at need. Pieces of information (equipment information, customer information, and service man information) by items (machine kind, equipment number, company name, telephone number, address, name of service man in charge, employee number, etc.) in the documents (document 1, document 2...) are put together in one optional information unit and information units are related by the information (equipment information, customer information, and service man information) and modeled. |
