PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost, low-loss oxide magnetic material by adding at least one kind of KCI, K2 CO3 or K2 O using low-cost iron oxide containing a large amount of P2 O5 without exceeding a specified proportion (not including 0) converted to K2 O. CONSTITUTION: Main component comprises 52 to 54mol% of ferric oxide (Fe2 O3 ), 33 to 37mol% of manganese oxide (MnO) and the remainder of zinc oxide (ZnO) and contains 0.005 to 0.025wt.% of silicon dioxide (SiO2 ), 0.02 to 0.08wt% of calcium oxide (CaO), 0.007 to 0.07wt.% of phosphorus pentoxide (P2 O5 ) and less than 0.1wt.% (not including 0) of potassium oxide (K2 O). Further, among tantalum pentoxide (Ta2 O5 ) and niobium pentoxide (Nb2 O5 ), at least one kind is contained with an amount of less than 0.03 wt% (not including 0), and the characteristics of this low-loss oxide magnetic material is that the power loss is less than 600kW/m<3> at 100kHz, 2000G and 100 deg.C. |
