PURPOSE: To obtain composition for plastic magnetic materials having good- balanced, physical properties such as rigidity (tensile strength), thermal deformation, impact resistance, etc., by using polarity function group denaturation propylene polymer as a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: In compositions for plastic magnetic materials for which magnetic powder is combined by a synthetic resin and then magnetized, polarity functional group denaturation propylene polymer (A) is used as a synthetic resin. For the compositions for plastic magnetic materials, it is desired to blend magnetic powder in a synthetic resin comprising (A) polarity functional group denaturation propylene polymer and (B) polyamide resin or aromatic polyester resin. Moreover, the compositions for plastic and magnetic materials are desired to consist of (A) component with 10 to 50wt.% and (B) component with 90 to 50wt.% and also to use denaturation propylene polymer obtained from melting and mixing polymerization reaction by adding more than 0.5wt.% of vinyl monomer containing polarity functional group relative to the propylene polymer. |
