<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate faulty transfer and to obtain a high-quality full color image excellent in color reproducibility by superposing the toner of respective colors in the ascending order of cohesive degree of the toner from the recording material. CONSTITUTION: By performing development in the ascending order of cohesive degree, that is, in order of yellow, magenta, cyan and black, and successively transferring to toner on the recording material, the color toner is superposed on the recording material in the ascending order of cohesive degree. Namely, an electrostatic latent image is formed on a latent image carrier 1 in accordance with an image signal, developed to be visualized with the color toner A of the 1st color by a developing device 21 held on a transfer drum 3, and the toner A is transferred on the recording material 4 by a transfer means such as a corotron 5. Next the electrostatic latent image is formed in accordance with the image signal of a 2nd color, developed to be visualized with the color toner B of the 2nd color by a developing device 22, and the toner B is transferred on the recording material 4 on which the toner A is transferred by the transfer means such as the corotron 5. In the same manner, the color toner C and the color toner D of the 3rd and 4th colors are successively transferred.</p> |
