PURPOSE: To conveniently supply ink and to use for a long period by partitioning a vessel by a partition wall, incorporating an ink storing material in at least one containing chamber, and openably mounting a cover at the chamber at the top of the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall 10 is provided in a vessel 1, first and second containing chambers 11, 12 are formed, two partition walls 13 are aligned at an equal interval perpendicularly to the wall 10 in the chamber 11, three adjacent compartments 11A, 11B, 11C are provided, and yellow, magenta and cyan ink storing materials 15A, 15B, 15C are, for example, contained. The pressers 34a, 34b of the cover 30 are pressed to the bottom direction of an ink supply port member 20. When a refill is treated, the cover 30 is lifted, the used ink- storing material 15A is taken out, the filler is inserted from the chamber 11, and ink is filled from the communicating hole 10' of the wall 10 into the chamber 12. |
