发明名称 NONORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN FILM ADHESION
摘要 PURPOSE: To improve the film adhesion of a steel sheet by incorporating speci fied amounts of C, Si, Mn, Al, P, Sb, Sn and Fe therein and regulating the concn. of Sb and Sn in the surface of ferrite to specified value. CONSTITUTION: This steel sheet has a compsn. contg., by weight, <=0.01% C, <=4% Si, <=2% Mn, <=2% Al, 0.2% P and Sb and/or Sn by 0.01 to <0.15% in total, and the balance substantial Fe. As for the concn. of Sb and Sn in the surface of ferrite in the steel sheet, Sb+1/2Sn is regulated to <=20%. Sb and Sn are concentrated on the surface of the steel sheet to check its film adhesion. For suppressing the concentration of Sb and Sn, preferably, hot rolled sheet annealing and finish annealing are executed at a low temp. By executing pickling for a long time, the concentrated Sb and Sb can be removed away. In the case it is used for a closed type compressor, the clogging of a capillary nozzle is not generated.
