PURPOSE: To improve the power of expression by developing codes into structural sounds while using the developing table of a specified viocing with a code developing means to make the viocing changeable with one operation even during playing. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 1 is a central processing unit controlling the whole of the electronic musical instrument based on the control program stored in a ROM 2. Tone parameters and playing information, etc., are stored in the ROM 2 in addition to programs. Moreover, a sound source circuit 8 is, for example, a circuit generating a musical sound signal by a waveform readout system. Further, the circuit 8 is provided with a code developing means inputting the inversion form selection information of codes and developing a present code information into corresponding structural sound information based on the inputted inversion form selection information of codes. Then, for example, the circuit 8 develops the codes into structural sounds by using the developing table of the specified voicing mode while specifying either a closed voicing or an open voicing as the inversion form selection information of the codes. |
