<p>PURPOSE: To edit a document consisting of plural pages, page by page, like a document printed on a form. CONSTITUTION: In the document editing device which edits the document having respective pages shifted and displayed on a display screen one over another, an editing processing means 3 edits display control data and actual data of every page of the document stored in an internal memory 4 according to an editing instruction from an input means 1 and a display processing means 6 draws and displays the image of the document on the screen of a display device 7 according to those data. Namely, the editing instruction is for a moving or copying processing for a page in the same document, a generating processing for a new document by the movement and copying of a page, and a discarding processing by the movement of a page, and consequently the editing processing means 3 alters the display control data on the document stored in the internal memory 4 and the actual data of every page.</p> |
