PURPOSE: To surely press a brush against the inner wall of a tank in the device to clean the tank by centrifugally pressing the brush against the inner tank wall. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft 3 is allowed to pierce a hollow driven shaft 8, a driving arm 11 is fitted to the driving shaft 3, and a brush holder 14 for holding a brush 16 is oscillatably attached to the tip of the driving arm 11. A lever 34 is pivoted on a driven arm 12 fitted to the driven shaft 8, and the tip of the lever 34 is connected to the brush holder 14. When the driving shaft 3 is rotated by a motor 4, the holler 14 is oscillated outward by the action of the centrifugal force and pressed against the inner wall of the tank 1. The driven shaft 8 is rotated by the driving shaft 3, however the rotation is appropriately braked by a braking means 38. Consequently, the holder 14 is not pushed inward through the lever 34, and the brush is surely pressed against the inner tank wall. |
