PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell power generation plant by which uncondensed gas at the high temperature heating side of a condensation heat exchanger is sufficiently extracted in a short time at plant drive time without lengthening starting time and stable operation can be performed at power generating operation time. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell power generation plant is provided with a steam separator 5 to separate battery cooling water, which is supplied to a cooler 1c of a fuel cell 1 and cools its fuel cell, into steam and water and a condensation heat exchanger 21 having an extraction steam pipe 27 which introduces its condensed water to a water treatment device 16 by condensing steam separated by its steam separator and extracts uncondensed gas to the high temperature heating side. In this fuel cell power generation plant, a filling pipe 31 to fill water to the high temperature heating side its condensation heat exchanger 21 up to a specific level is connected to the condensation heat exchanger 21. |
