PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain on-demand connection with a sales trader while a video is displayed to a user by allowing a user to perform on-demand access to merchandise information related with the video. SOLUTION: A user can transmit collation from a user device 106 to a presentation and control constituting element 104 anytime during the display or interactive operation of a video. The element 104 which receives the collation identifies a scene to which a present frame is belonging, identifies which merchandise appears in the scene by referring to a merchandise table, and transmits information in the scene through a communicating medium 124, and the list of the merchandise which appears in the present scene is displayed at the user device 106. Next, the element 104 receives the supplemental user collation of specific merchandise which the user is interested in, identifies a sales trader who presents the merchandise type by referring to an index table related with the merchandise type, and transmits the information of the sales trader to the user device 106. The user device 106 displays the list information of the sales trader to the user.
