PURPOSE: To reduce the size/weight of a display device formed by using liquid crystal display panels and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: Phototransistors PT are formed simultaneously with a stage for forming TFTs 4 on a glass substrate 2 of the liquid crystal display panel 1. Among red, blue, green color filters 12(R), (B), (G) intrinsically disposed for the purpose of forming color pixels, the red color filters and blue color filters which are laminated and formed are disposed as color filters 15 for PT. |
