PURPOSE: To completely dissolve the delay time difference of signal arrival by providing a branching point between a transmission element and reception elements and setting the characteristic impedance of lines from the branching point to the respective reception elements to the multiple of the branching number of the characteristic impedance of the line from the transmission element to the branching point corresponding to the branching number. CONSTITUTION: A circuit is constituted of the transmission element 1, the plural reception elements 2 and the lines 3 for connecting the transmission element 1 and the plural reception elements 2. Then, the impedance of the line from the transmission point (a) of the transmission element 1 to only one branching point (c) is defined as R and the impedance of the lines from the one branching point (c) to the reception points of the respective reception elements 2 is defined as Z. In the case of defining the number of the respective reception elements 2 branched from the branching point (c) as N, constitution is performed so as to make the impedance of the respective lines satisfy the formula of Z=N×R. Also, it is a minimum necessary condition on signal transmission that the transmission element 1 is provided with driving ability capable of driving the plural reception elements 2.
