PURPOSE: To make differential limiting force sufficiently large while being compact and lightweight and expedite the rise of torque at the time of differential rotation being generated. CONSTITUTION: A torque distributor has a housing 3 rotation-driven by the driving force of an engine, intermediate gears 29, 31 revolving integrally with the housing 3, and differential gears 21, 23 connected through the gears 29, 31. This torque distributor is provided with differential mechanism having 17 torque sensitive type differential limiting function based on transmission loss during torque transmission, and a rotation difference sensitive type differential limiting device 19 disposed between the gears 21, 23. The housing 3 is connected to one output shaft side, and one side member 55 of the rotational difference sensitive type differential limiting device 19 connected to the gear 23 is connected to the other output shaft side.
