PURPOSE: To check whether an application can be restarted or not, to securely and smoothly execute restarting and to eliminate a wasteful restarting processing when restarting the application. CONSTITUTION: When the application 12 is terminated in a multi-task operating system, a termination identifier designation part 16 designates a termination identifier termination code showing the possibility or non-possibility of the restarting of the application. When an application termination detection part 17 detects the termination state of the application, a termination identifier judgement part 18 receives a termination identifier and judges the content. When the termination identifier judgement part 18 judges the possibility of restarting based on the termination identifier, an application starting part 13 restarts the application 12. The termination identifier designation part 16 designates that the termination identifier cannot be restarted when the application is normal or when it is in an abnormal state that cannot be restored. When the application is in the abnormal state that can be restored, it is designated so that it can be restarted. |
