<p>PURPOSE: To provide a solid-state track detector in which the track of a generated charged particle is etched automatically and by which etch pits can be observed and counted without executing an etching treatment or the like by a method wherein an etchant is built in in advance. CONSTITUTION: Microcapsules 2 in which an etchant has been sealed are dispersed inside a solid-state track detector 1. Then, tracks of charged particles 4 which are generated directly or indirectly inside the solid-state track detector 1 due to irradiation with a radiation 3 are partly etched automatically so as to be grown to etch pits 5.</p> |
