<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing moving video signals by using a flash memory and to provide a device used for the method. SOLUTION: In this method and device for processing moving video signals in real time by using flash memory by which moving video signals can be recorded and reproduced in real time by using a time division technique using a multistage flash memory, such a data output that makes the processing of moving video signals in real time possible is obtained by the time division technique using a multistage register section 30, a multistage FIFO memory section 40, and a multistage flash memory 50.</p> |
