PURPOSE: To provide a low cost suspending device for a flexible duct, which permits very smooth duct suspending and regulating works when the main body of the duct is attached by contracting and adjusting it while considering the connection to the other air conditioning instruments and the like upon the suspending work of the flexible duct. CONSTITUTION: A suspending device 10 for a flexible duct, arranged in a ceiling C or the like while being retained by a retaining devices 22 provided on the upper wall W or the like of the ceiling C, is constituted of a flexible suspension receiving table 20, provided with suspension receiving units 18 at a plurality of requested positions in the lengthwise direction of the main body 12 of the duct and fixed to the main body 12 of the duct, and retaining ropes 24, whose one end is retained or bound to the suspension receiving units 18 and the other end is retained or bound to the retaining devices 22. The reattachment of ropes can be made to the retaining devices easily in accordance with the elongation and contraction of the duct to suspend the duct. |
