PURPOSE: To check consistency between plural records of closing statistic works in a commune and to prevent missummation by defining and storing plural statistical table data and the relation between plural cells in a statistical table, and reading the statistical table and the relation between the cells thereby performing a summation process and a matching process. CONSTITUTION: A storage device 10 stores table data and matching conditions and an input/output device 20 is a keyboard and a mouse for inputting the table data and the conditional expressions for matching and a display for displaying the read-out table data. A processor 30 has a storage device access control means 60 which performs control when the data are stored in the storage device 10 and read out of the storage device 10, a summation and matching process means 90 which sums up the table data and performs the matching process, and an output data editing means 100 which edits the results of the summation and matching processes and outputs the result. The processor 30 reads the statistical table and the relation between the corresponding cells out of the storage device 10 and performs the defined summation process and matching process. |
