PURPOSE: To properly prevent a flexible wiring seat from being laterally dislocated or deflected, and ensure a proper contact position to be maintained between an IC and a socket socket, when the seat is laid between IC sockets for keeping the contactor of the IC and the socket contact in contact with each other via the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A backup frame 9 is attached to a flexible wiring seat 1 via an adhesive 10, thereby forming a laminated board structure. Furthermore, a window 11 is formed on an intermediate section of the frame 9, thereby forming a non-backup zone on the intermediate section of the seat 1 covering the window 11. Also, a non-contact state is kept between an IC 3 and the seat 1 in the non-backup zone and a zone to back up the the external end section 19 of the seat 1 with the external end section of the frame 9 is formed. In this backup zone, a contact state is kept between an IC socket 5 and the seat 1. |
