PURPOSE: To provide a producing method of a high quality color filter having a pattern composed of a colored photosensitive resin layer formed by developing, free from cloudiness on the surface and clear in color. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive film for the color filter formed by laminating a transparent supporting body film (a), the colored photosensitive resin layer (b) developable with an alkali aq. solution, a protective film (c) in this order is used and the producing method includes (A) a process for laminating on a transparent substrate for color filter while stripping the protective film (c), (B) a process for pattern-exposing, (C) a process for stripping the transparent supporting body film, (D) a process for developing with the alkali aq. solution and (E) a process for treating with an acid aq. solution. |
