PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cost, weight, complexity of parts and associated assembly period of a dynamic seal by having an operable extraction valve portion to permit venting fluid from a vehicle body to the atmosphere in response to the increase of the fluid pressure in a vehicle body exceeding a prescribed value. SOLUTION: The extraction valve portion 30 includes a cantilever flap 58, which is molded so that it is elastically deviated or compressed to the closed position. The outer end of a fluid passage is closed in the closed position. When the fluid pressure, the air pressure, in an automotive vehicle body is almost the same with the atmoshperic pressure, the flat member 58 is in a position to seal the interior of the body against the atmosphere. And if the pressure inside the vehicle body increases while the vehicle is operated or the deck lid 18 or another closure panel is closed, the flap 58 pivots to the open position, permitting venting air in the interior of the vehicle to the outside. |
