PURPOSE: To obtain an eye drop, excellent in stability without causing a change in blending, causing only slight irritancy to eyes and containing pranoprofen as a main medicine. CONSTITUTION: This pranoprofen eye drop contains an organic amine blended therein. The preferred eye drop is a 0.01-0.5% pranoprofen eye drop containing 0.1-5.0% organic amine blended therein. The concentration of the organic amine is more preferably 0.5-2.5%. The preferred example of the organic amine is tromethamine or 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-(2-sulfoethyl)piperazine. Furthermore, 0.002-0.01% benzalkonium chloride as a preservative may be blended therein in some cases.
