PRODUCTION OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a liquid crystal display device which injects liquid crystals into liquid crystal cells in a liquid crystal phase and is capable of preventing flow orientation as a process for producing the liquid crystal display device having the weak liquid crystal molecule orienting force of substrates. CONSTITUTION: This process includes a stage for preparing the liquid crystal cells where a pair of the substrates 1 are disposed to face each other apart a spacing and a stage for injecting the liquid crystals in the liquid crystal phase 3 between a pair of the substrates 1. Oriented films 6a, 6b in contact with the liquid crystals are formed on the liquid crystal cells and have the nature to spontaneously orient the liquid crystal molecules 4 horizontally with the substrates 1. The stage for injecting the liquid crystals in the liquid crystal phase 3 is executed under impression of the energy to direct the liquid crystal molecules 4 to directions exclusive of the horizontal direction.
