PURPOSE: To prevent stepping of the force of water by delaying the operation or a specific solenoid valve by a delay time to make the opening timings and the closing timings of respective solenoid valves coincide with each other in the case of simultaneously opening and closing plural solenoid valves provided in parallel. CONSTITUTION: Solenoid valves A to D of 1, 2, 4, and 8L/min flow rates are provided in parallel, and opening and closing of solenoid valves A to D are controlled by a control part 1. When a signal to change the flow rate is inputted to the control part 1, a delay timeΔT of the solenoid valve of a maximum flow rate out of solenoid valves to be opened is calculated, and a valve open signal is first outputted to solenoid valves to be opened. After T seconds, the valve open signal is outputted to solenoid valves to be opened. WhenΔT is larger than 0, the open signal is outputted whenΔT smaller than 0, the close signal is outputted whenΔT elapses after the output of the open signal. Thus, stepping is surely prevented.
