The function key input device displays the control screen of a control object device on a display unit(10) by receiving the control content as to the control object device from an external remote controller, and comprises: a receiving unit(18) receiving the control content of the control object device from the external remote controller; a main control part(20) which makes the function setting screen be outputted on the display unit(10) by a display unit controlling part(14) on the basis of the control content of the control object device, and rearranges the control content of the control object device according to the function setting input by a touch panel(12); and a memory(22) storing data as to the control content; and a control data outputting part(24) transmitting the control content through an infrared ray generating part(26).
