PURPOSE: To more widely assure the label information display regions where the display of the label information indicating the contents of recorded information is possible without degrading the recording information capacity of a clad magnetic disk and without degrading the physical accuracy in clamping. CONSTITUTION: The information recording and reproducing regions 111, 112 of the optical disk 1 formed by sticking disk substrates 101, 102 to each other are provided with non-information signal recording and reproducing regions 113, 114 on their inner side. These non-information recording and reproducing regions 113, 114 have the label information display regions 123, 124 where the visible label information corresponding to the contents of the information recorded in the information signal recording and reproducing regions 111, 112 is recorded and formed on their stuck surface side. |
