PURPOSE: To facilitate positioning at the time of fixing a safety valve to a secondary battery main body. CONSTITUTION: The safety valve 11 of a lithium ion secondary battery is fatted, so as to block a pressure releasing hole 3 opened to any wall part of the main body of the lithium ion secondary battery wherein a power generating element is housed, and a valve body part 10a is formed by a groove 10 notchedly provided on any surface. A protrusive swollen part 12, being in accordance with the shape of the hole 3 and insertable in the hole 3, is provided on a fitting surface side, and the groove 10 is formed on any surface of the swollen part 12. |
