<p>PURPOSE: To fit the identification slip. to a carrier box, etc., for articles and optically read its identification information out, and to accurately perform factory management by forming a bar code pattern or two-dimensional code pattern consisting of hole parts for light transmission and a light reflection part on a card main body made of fluororesin. CONSTITUTION: The card type main body 1 which has light reflectivity is made of the fluororesin which is made white and opaque by adding, for example, a white pigment. At the center part of this main body 1, the bar code pattern 4 is formed which consists of two kinds of thin and thick hole parts 2 for light transmission and the light reflection part 3. The hole parts 2 for light transmission are formed by a water jet processing method. Thus, the main body 1 of the identification slip M is formed of the fluororesin, so sufficient heat resistance and chemical resistance are obtained. This identification slip M is held on the carrier box for articles and the bar code pattern 4 can be read by an optical reader in each process of a manufacture line to facilitate the factory management.</p> |
