<p>PURPOSE: To prevent decrease in an image density or occurrence of afterimages due to a shielding effect under high humidity conditions or caused when an image is transferred to a post card or the like by using a toner colored with such a coloring agent that has no absorptivity for the wavelength of a light source for exposure used to form an electrostatic charge image on a photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION: In the image forming method by a reversal developing method using an electrostatic charge image toner, a toner colored with such a coloring agent that has no absorptivity for the wavelength of a light source for exposure is used. By this method, the shielding effect is decreased, the transmittance for exposure is increased and problems of afterimages or decrease in the image density can be improved. As for the coloring agent, various kinds of pigments or dyes other than carbon black can be used. It is preferable to use oily dyes or dispersed dyes considering the transmittance. The amt. of the coloring agent used is preferably 0.5-10wt.% of the toner. As for the light source for exposure, a laser or LED can be used.</p> |
