<p>PURPOSE: To provide a control method which can be applied even to such a process that is hard to be modeled and also to eliminate the need for modeling and to improve the preset accuracy. CONSTITUTION: The past result information u (i), y (i), x1 (i) and x2 (i) are accumulated in a data base 20, and the strip state value y*, x1*, and x2* of a calculation object are inputted. Then the furnace temperature set value u* is calculated on the result information u (i) that has high similarity to those strip state value. The data base 20 is occasionally updated. When the result information having high similarity to the new result information is already registered, the registration is stopped for the new result information. The old result information are erased and the new result information is kept in the data base 20.</p> |
