<p>PURPOSE: To improve the reliability or the kind or products by periodically observing a production condition and retrieving set condition data of the kind of products meeting the production condition in the case detecting the change of this condition and setting detected reserved prescription data to a process device at the time of detecting a production request. CONSTITUTION: Product kind data required for the kind of products to be produced is registered, changed, and deleted by a key input device 1-17 for operator of a process controller 1-1. Registered production condition data 1-16 is periodically observed; and when the change is detected, set condition data 1-9 corresponding to production condition data 1-16 is retrieved, and corresponding prescription data 1-5 is stored in a reserved prescription data 1-11. When production is requested, each reserved prescription data 1-11 is transferred to a controller 1-19 through a data highway 1-18 in accordance with prescription set destination data corresponding to reserved prescription data 1-11 to perform setting to each process device 1-20.</p> |
