摘要

PURPOSE: To observe test results of control circuits for respective ROMs without increasing the number of terminals in a package incorporating plural ROMs. CONSTITUTION: The ROM 10 storing aμprogram for testing is provided in addition to the ROMs 20, 30 respectively storing regularμprograms. At a testing time, a testingμcommand from the ROM 10 is supplied to sequencers 21, 31 by controlling switch circuits 2, 3. Control results of respective control circuits 22, 23 at the time are compared by a comparison circuit 4, and the comparison result is led out from a terminal 5.
