<p>PURPOSE: To provide reception time information of a recipient to a sender without imposing the cost onto the recipient of a mail. CONSTITUTION: A generating section 16 calculates a time when a mail presence confirmation command is received next based on information from a storage section 13 storing a reception interval of main presence confirmation commands for each user and on information of a storage section 15 storing a newest reception time of the mail presence confirmation command addressed to a user terminal equipment received from a computer network connection section 19 in the case of receiving facsimile data addressed to a specific user. Then a transmission reception control section 12 gives a reply command to a facsimile data sender as time information when the user terminal equipment receives reception data at the end of communication for the reception of facsimile data.</p> |
