CONTAINER HOLDER USED FOR ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container holder which is used for an analyzing device for receiving a number of containers and can be arranged further compactly in the analyzing device. SOLUTION: A container holder 21 is manufactured as a one-piece part and has a slender body 41 containing a straight row of same and plurality of slender chambers 51-1-51-15 for receiving the containers one by one. All chambers have a common base part 42 arranged at right angle to the chambers and the adjacent chambers are separated by a partition 43. A first bar code label 44 for detecting the absence of the container in the chamber is supported inside the side wall of each chamber and a second bar code label 45 for detecting the position of the chamber in a container holder is supported outside the side wall of each chamber. The first and the second bar code labels are read from the same side of the container holder by a bar code reader.
