PURPOSE: To easily replenish fuel even in a city gas unsuppliable situation, and continue heating by connecting a supply passage of a portable fuel source to a fuel cell connected to a city gas supply line. CONSTITUTION: A city gas supply line 6 is connected to a fuel cell stack 1 directly located in a demand place, and electric power is generated. In the fuel cell power generation system, a supply passage of a portable fuel source 7 is connected to the city gas supply line 6 through flow control valves 3 to 5. A hydrogen storage tank housing hydrogen storage alloy or a pressure vessel in which gas or liquefied gas is sealed or the like is preferable as this portable fuel source. Therefore, fuel can be easily replenished even in a citty gas unsuppliable emergency state. |
