PURPOSE: To provide low loss oxide magnetic material whose heat generation is suppressed even at a frequency near 100kHz and its manufacturing method by a method wherein iron oxide raw material containing P2 O5 with a high concentrating is employed. CONSTITUTION: Fe2 O3 raw material containing 0.01-0.1wt.% of P2 O5 is employed. Main components are 52-54mol.% of Fe2 O3 , 33-37mol.% of MnO and rest of ZnO. Sub-components are 0.004-0.03wt.% of SiO2 , 0.03-0.08wt.% of CaO and 0.08wt.% or less of K2 O. With this constitution, a power loss at 100kHz, 2000G and 100 deg.C can be not larger than 600kw/m<3> . |
