PURPOSE: To produce arbitrary combinations of a plurality of electrical wires with differing lengths which are necessary for producing multi-harness connectors. CONSTITUTION: This electrical wire length measuring mechanism is constituted of an electrical wire supplying part 1 to supply a plurality of electrical wires 7, an electrical wire feeding part 2 to feed out a plurality of the supplied electrical wires 7 in necessary length, and a connector installing part 3 to connect a plurality of the electrical wires 7 with a master connector and a slave connector. The electrical wire feeding part 2 is constituted of a rotation drum 4, on which guide grooves to guide a plurality of the respective electrical wires 7 are formed and a belt-like cover 6 to push a plurality of the electrical wires 7 guided by the guide grooves to the rotating drum 4. One end part of the cover to push a plurality of the electrical wires 7 guided by the guide grooves of the rotating drum 4 to the rotating drum 4 is fixed in the rotation drum 4 and the other end is installed in a cover tractive means. |
