PURPOSE: To independently correct plural document data in their synthesized output and to remove the disturbance of a layout by correcting document data correspondingly to an output area in which a correcting position belongs. CONSTITUTION: In output processing 32, 1st and 2nd document data are respectively divided into lines in each line division length and the lines of respective line-divided document data are alternately outputted to obtain a synthesized output. When the output processing 32 outputs the synthesized output to a display device 8, correction processing 35 displays a correcting position on the device 8 by input operation from a keyboard 10 or a pen 12 to accept the input of correcting contents from the keyboard 10. When the correcting contents are inputted, the processing 35 corrects document data stored in a RAM 4 by referring to correspondence relation between the document data stored in a correspondence table 27 and the picture position on the device 8 when necessary. |
