PURPOSE: To reduce user's labor by specifying plural printing positions for the partial printing of a document having plural pages and successively printing out respective specified positions. CONSTITUTION: The start/end positions of initial partial printing of document data are set up at first. The start/end position data are loaded to a position indicated by an address pointer in an address pointer storing part 32, the address pointer is updated and the partial printing frequency of a partial printing frequency counter part 33 is counted up. Second and third partial printing positions are similarly set up. At the time of printing, the printing start/end position data of the 1st partial printing part are loaded to printing start/end position storing parts 34, 35 and the address pointer is updated. Then document data in an initial range specified by the printing start/end position data are outputted and partially printed out. The partial printing frequency of the counter part 33 is counted down. Similarly the 2nd and 3rd document data are successively outputted. |
