发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF RARE-EARTH MAGNETIC MATERIAL POWDER AND RARE-EARTH MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method of rare-earth magnetic material powder whose main phase is R2 T14 B type intermetallic compound phase. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen absorption treatment is applied to R-T-M-A alloy raw material and, successively, a dehydrogenization treatment is applied. Then, the material is cooled and pulverized to obtain rear-earth magnetic material powder having the recrystallized collective texture of fine R2 T14 M type intermetallic compound phase. After the R-T-M-A alloy material which is subjected to a dehydrogenization treatment and cooled is subjected to a low temperature hydrogen absorption treatment to occhude hydrogen at a temperature lower than 500 deg.C in a hydrogen atmosphere with a pressure of 1-760Torr or in a mixed gas atmosphere of hydrogen and inert gas whose hydrogen partial pressure is 1-760Torr, it is subjected to a final dehydrogenization treatment at a predetermined temperature within a range of 500-1000 deg.C in a vacuum atmosphere whose pressure is not higher than 1Torr.
