PURPOSE: To provide a recording label for rolled objects having bar codes for recording information of product numbers, etc., and an inventory management system for the rolled objects using the same. CONSTITUTION: The sticking part of the recording label 1 is stuck by glue to one end on the roll surface of the rolled object 2 and the bar cord part thereof is bent about 90 deg. toward the side face part of the rolled object 2 in the bent part at the time of housing the rolled object 2 carried from a factory in a warehouse. The product number, etc., of the recording label 1 are read by a bar code reader 30 and are stored in a product inventory file (not shown in Fig.). Next, the bar code part of the recording label 1 stuck to the rolled object 2 is cut off from perforations at the time of ejecting the rolled object 2 to a delivery point from the warehouse. The product number, etc., are then read by the bar code reader 30 and are deleted from the product inventory file indicating the inventory of the products by using a CPU 31. |
