PURPOSE: To restrain a differential gear from becoming large-sized so as to reduce weight and to suppress cost increase. CONSTITUTION: In a differential gear formed of a ring gear 25 receiving the driving force of an engine, a case 1, a pair of side gears 9, 11, a first and a second pinion gears 37, 39 and a first and a second storage holes 29, 31, a bolt 27 for fixing the ring gear 25 to the case 1 is positioned between the first pinion gear 37 and the second pinion gear 39 and between the respective pinion gear sets.
